When we are waiting for our miracle, and others are handed out theirs, do we not fret? You may ask, “God, what about me? I am the one waiting in line.” Though we have prayed for their miracle, we are not truly happy for them. At other times, we see the wicked prosper, while nothing seems to be happening in our lives. Very often we forget God is on our side. The Psalm 37 says, Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him, and He will do it. And, “Be still before the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; fret not when wicked men prosper.”
When you are desperate, don’t give in to the temptation of taking matters in your own hand. Just wait on God; because the Lord promises that the wicked will be cut off, but you will inherit the land, and delight in abundant prosperity.
